Frames straightening

The 350 special fixed jigs we have created were designed specifically for every model of motorcycle and scooter. These fixed jigs enable us to repair and straighten frames with precision, allowing us to obtain a safe product while also keeping their original measurements.

Weldings are made with professional systems TIG/MIG and using specific materials. We have different kind of alloys, for both steel and aluminium alloy, in order to use the most suitable filler material according to the area to be repaired. In this way we can provide even a better penetration coefficient and stability to the whole structure compared to standard procedures.

Guarantee of safety and performances

Every damaged frame must be carefully examined to establish the appropriate procedure of intervention, according to the damage received by different dynamics of the accidents and the material used, be it of steel or of alloyed aluminum.
Through markings, it is possible to reveal the frame coordinates and, comparing them with the original, define the area needing work so that we can plan the phases of repair.
After having positioned the frame in the fixed jig, the repair consists in restoring the measurements of the three axles (longitudinal, horizontal and vertical) and restoring the original symmetry and inclination of the steering head, applying pressure in different neuralgic points of the frame continually monitoring on the computer the temperature and phases of the repair, until the original geometric measurements have been obtained. Finally the bearings seats damaged are reconstructed and boring through specific machine instruments.
With every repair, we include a certificate of warranty stating that the original geometrical measurements have been restored
